Signed to Seattle’s own Subpop Records, as well as the famed and fun Burger Records, King Tuff (a.k.a. Kyle Thomas) is one rad dude with music even rad-er. It will make you reconsider how you use the word.
Rambunctious and sticky is what I would call his music. Rambunctious as in I want to shake my head and repeatedly run into people, and sticky as in the aftermath of that mosh pit. (Side note: this would all ideally be happening in a garage crammed by old triumphs and skateboards, lit by red and purple lights, and open to a street across from a turquoise taqueria.)
Garage glam at its finest, we must all pay our dues to King Tuff, and so we will this Wednesday night at Neumos.
