I was born in Sydney, Australia, and moved to California in 2011. I now study communications, and plan to minor in philosophy. I enjoy media on a variety of platforms.
What is your favorite thing about KXSU?
The people! When it comes to KXSU’s on-air schedule, there is no doubt that it is one of the most diverse around. I love that everyone brings something unique to the table, and can tailor his/her show to reflect that. The passion and enthusiasm that staff members bring off the air as well is what makes KXSU a dynamic and fun station.
What’s something everybody should do in Seattle at least once?
If you are in Seattle, I believe that you should go to at least one concert. Seattle has a thriving music scene that you just don’t find in a lot of other places. With such a wide variety of musicians in Seattle, attending a great concert isn’t difficult if you spend some time exploring different local artists. Attending a Macklemore and Ryan Lewis concert in Seattle was a true highlight for me!
Describe your perfect day:
My perfect day is simple. It starts with sweatpants, great food, and staying home. Throw in some social time with good mates, get at least one productive thing done, and that’s my perfect day. Did I mention great food?
