Are you a returning student of color? Are you interested in supporting incoming students of color in their transition to college? If so, this might be the role for you!

The Connections Leadership Program (CLP) is a year long, cohort based experience for incoming students of color. CLP begins with a 3-day immersion prior to the start of welcome week. Peer Mentors play a critical role in facilitating the immersion and in the overall success of CLP.
