Reach your health and fitness goals with UREC’s Small Group Training sessions. These semi-private Personal Training sessions occur 2x/week for 6 weeks with a group of 3-6 participants. Each session is focused on a specific format, skill or level of intensity.

• Mat Pilates: Tues & Thurs 6:30-7:30pm
• Strength & Conditioning: Mon & Wed 6:00-7:00pm
