Sean Tillmann has been making music under the stage-name Har Mar Superstar since 1999. The Minneapolis born singer is known for his electric stage presence, occasionally shedding layers and showcasing his undeniably feel good dance-pop fueled dance moves, as well as his ability to blend contemporary R&B and pop in his music.

In addition to his own tours, Har Mar Superstar has opened for has opened for The Strokes, Incubus, Tenacious D and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, as well as written songs for Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Osbourne, and Britney Spears.

With the help of former Har Mar producers, multiple artists, as well as notable producer Matt Sweeney (Adele, Neil Diamond, Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens), Har Mar Superstar’s album Best Summer Ever was born. His sixth album under the Har Mar moniker and his second on Julian Casablancas’s (The Strokes) Cult Records, Best Summer Ever is an imagined collection of his greatest hits spanning 1950-1985 (despite Tilman being born in 1978).

Har Mar kicked off Best Summer Ever in February by dropping “Youth Without Love”, written by Julian Casablancas (listen above).
